All cookers and teams are to be set up no later than 10:00 a.m. 

Pork Chops will be delivered to the cooking teams by 1:00 p.m. 

Cooks will then marinate and prepare secret recipes. 

Tear down will be after the awards ceremony at 7:00 p.m. 


**This will be an outdoor event and no alternate date or site is planned.

Cookers must be prepared for the weather.

No refunds unless canceled two weeks prior to the event.

No loud music will be allowed!
